En ese contexto, esta ma\u00f1ana se realiz\u00f3 la primera entrega de pr\u00f3tesis dentales (superiores e inferiores), a aproximadamente 20 beneficiarios. Este programa cuenta con m\u00e1s de 100 adultos mayores atendidos, los cuales ir\u00e1n recibiendo sus placas progresivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El evento fue presidido por la licenciada Amparo Moreira, presidenta del CRSSM, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este proceso inici\u00f3 hace varios meses e incluy\u00f3 la evaluaci\u00f3n de los beneficiarios por parte del equipo t\u00e9cnico de la instituci\u00f3n, con lo cual se determin\u00f3 el tipo de ayuda que necesitan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de las pr\u00f3tesis, los adultos mayores seguir\u00e1n siendo atendidos por el odont\u00f3logo del Centro de Responsabilidad, ya que para muchos, es la primera vez que utilizan estas placas dentales, por lo que, al inicio sentir\u00e1n algunas molestias, coment\u00f3 la presidenta, quien adem\u00e1s mencion\u00f3 que los beneficiarios recibir\u00e1n un kit de aseo para el cuidado y mantenimiento de sus nuevas pr\u00f3tesis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uno de los beneficiarios es Segundo Cisneros, quien cuenta con 82 a\u00f1os; \u00e9l nunca utiliz\u00f3 placas dentales, y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os ten\u00eda que licuar la comida para poder ingerirla. Ahora con estas pr\u00f3tesis menciona que podr\u00e1 comer todo tipo de alimentos, por lo que se siente muy feliz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Silvana Silva, nieta de uno de los adultos mayores atendidos, proveniente de la cooperativa Cumand\u00e1, dijo sentirse contenta por el cuidado que recibe su familiar, sobretodo por la atenci\u00f3n odontol\u00f3gica, ya que este tipo de tratamientos son costosos en centros de salud privados.
